High Quality Dyeing

The KOALA series dyeing machine effectively solves the defects of low liquor ratio dyeing machines that are easy to get coloured spots, creases and slight fluffs on the fabric. For example, 26S/1-42S/1 single yarn plain weave fabric, combed cotton plain weave fabric, recycled synthetic short fiber and cotton blend fabrics, medium gsm fleece, acrylic and blend fabrics, woolen fabrics, small circular knitted threaded fabrics, and single jersey. This machine has the inherent advantage of low energy consumption and good dyeing quality. The bottom of the cylinder is equipped with a horizontal circulation system, and the dye is diluted three times from the dosing tank to the nozzle, greatly improving the leveling effect and achieving fast dosing.
